Call for sites 2026

Between the 12th February 2026 and 31st March 2026 we invited submissions for housing and employment sites that have a minimum developable area of at least 0.25ha or can deliver 5 or more dwellings or 500sq.m. of floorspace. We also invited submissions for minerals or waste sites.

What happens next?

Site submissions will be acknowledged and the data received will be held in accordance with data protection principles with personal data processed in line with our Strategic Planning Privacy Notice.

We may ask for additional information if it is needed. In addition, any supplemental information submitted to us that is not considered relevant at this stage may not be used.

Information received about sites will be published in due course. The call for sites will help inform the preparation of the new local plan.
