Welcome to our online consultation site, where we are seeking your views on the what the new local plan for Cheshire East should contain, and how future consultation and engagement should be carried out. Once finalised, the new local plan will set the vision for the future development of the area, include planning policies, allocate sites for development, and will form the basis for making decisions on planning applications into the 2040s.

You can let us have your views by clicking on the blue "Comment" buttons throughout the document, but you will need to log-in or register before submitting comments. Once processed, comments will be displayed for viewing.
