Housing and employment sites
Between April and July 2024, and February and March 2026, we invited landowners, developers, local residents and other parties to put forwards sites that they consider are suitable and available for future housing and employment development. You can view the broad extent of the sites submitted and basic information about the submitted uses on the map below. The boundaries and submitted uses shown on the map are indicative at this stage and they may be subject to further adjustment once they have been assessed through a land availability assessment and/or updated by site promoters.
